The Founder's Journey
Built through everything.
12 years. Three pivots. Three COVID waves. One mission.
Started first venture. Learned what it means to build from zero.
Launched My VR — one of India's early VR startups.
Shut down My VR after co-founder forgery. Hard lessons in trust and resilience.
Started Ta-Da as a salon marketplace. MVP built. Ready to launch.
COVID hits. Operations paused.
Relaunched. Delta wave. Paused again.
Relaunched. Omicron. Paused again.
Pivoted to payment automation marketplace. Built and tested MVP for close to a year. Found a fundamental distribution risk: growth depended entirely on a business's employees promoting the product — growth was not in our control.
Refocused entirely on celebrations. Raised funding. Built on top of MVP based on user feedback and insights. Approaching PMF.
