Who decides pricing on our website/marketplace

Vendors

Vendors are businesses or individuals  who agrees and decides to use our services. Each vendor can set their own pricing according to the products and services they offer and they can change this anytime . We take various margins as revenue from the pricing set by the vendors and customers are not charged extra. 

Customers can opt to apply for refund before the service or product is shipped or delivered. This is approved upon the approval of the vendors. 

Once the service is delivered the refund is depended on the decsion of the vendors. Customers if unhappy can contact us via the chat/support system on our website and we will investigate the matter and will solve the issue in a proper and reliable manner.
